Ladd Electrical P/L merger with SJ Australasia P/L

MEMELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (November 10, 2008) – Rod Ladd and Frank Van Wyk, directors of Ladd Electrical P/L, announced today the merger of their Electrical Contracting and Switchboard Manufacturing business with that of SJ Australasia Pty Ltd.

“I am delighted that our path of continuous growth and success can continue, and we can embark on this journey with the significant Australia wide resources and complimentary disciplines and skills that the SJ group brings to the merger” stated Rod Ladd.

Mr Ladd commented that while Ladd Electrical and its division Church Electrical Industries both retain their identity and management teams, the merged group will result in our clients being offered a wider range of services and increased available resources.
