SEME Electrical Engineering merger with SJ Australasia

MELBOURNE, Australia (November 11, 2008) – John Separovich, director of SEME Electrical Engineering, announced today the merger of their Electrical Engineering Services business with that of SJ Australasia Pty Ltd.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be continuing our path of growth and success with SJ Australasia, now we can move forward on this journey with the significant Australia wide resources and complimentary disciplines and skills that the SJ group brings to the merger” stated John Separovich.

Mr Separovich commented that SEME Electrical Engineering will retain its identity and management teams, the merged group will result in our clients being offered a wider range of services and increased available resources.

SJ Australasia offers a full range of quality services including electrical contracting, switchboard manufacturing specializing in motor control, engineering, control systems, telemetry systems, SCADA, water treatment, pumping stations and both commercial and industrial electrical refrigeration, air-conditioning, security, fire detection, telephone and data installations, cell call intercoms, nurse call installations.  

SEME Electrical Engineers was founded in 1967 by the Separovich family. In 1983 John Separovich took over management of the company from his father and has quickly become a major provider of security, fire detection, telephone and data installations, cell call intercoms and nurse call installations. Coupled with a strong service ethos, SEME is backed by a state based structure to support customers in aged care facilities, courthouses, police stations, detention centres, hospitals and numerous mine sites across Western Australia and Queensland.
