Scope of Work:

S.J. Electric was engaged to implement a full light and power redevelopment of the ground floor at 11 Waymouth Street in the Adelaide CBD. The project involved converting an abandoned food court into a new 300 square metre mezzanine floor, plus seven food, beverage and retail tenancies that spread out into a plaza. The existing retail metering switchboard was replaced with a new 630A retail switchboard to allow for the extra tenancies.

The base build completed on each tenancy included new retail meter switchboards complete with new submains, emergency lighting and ten pair IDF.

The new lobby and common areas have all been fitted out with a mix of new LED strip and down lighting while a newly created laneway has

been fitted out with feature catenary lighting. The landscaped plaza area features garden beds and green walls complete with LED spot lighting, both in garden beds and on the wall face as well as catenary lighting. New steel supatree features were installed with up lighting installed within. All new lighting throughout the project is controlled by a new Cbus control complete with touch screen for manual override and scheduling updates.
