The S.J. Electric Utilities and Resources team was awarded two major Sewerage Pump Station (SPS) upgrades for the Rockhampton Regional Council. Our team were tasked with upgrading the complete electrical and pumping system at Hadgraft Street SPS as well as the electrical system at the Jardine Park SPS.
S.J. Electric’s engineering team conducted complete power systems analysis, including arc flash assessment across each site as well as complete safety in design risk assessment in conjunction with the end user.
S.J. Electric’s control systems team were responsible for developing detailed control functional specification and process philosophies in accordance with end user requirements as well delivering ControlLogix PLC programming to enable full control and monitoring of new equipment.
The project was a complete success showcasing our ability to offer a turnkey solution to our clients including complete electrical scope within projects, electrical design, switchboard manufacture, site electrical installation and controls systems programming
