SJ Electric's switchboard division can supply a complete and comprehensive switchboard solution to meet the clients specialised applications within the required time frame and price, with the flexibility to manufacture within a short time frame in the event of emergency situations. SJ Electric manufacture a wide range of custom made boards, motor control centers, control panels, modular electrical switchboards for commercial and industrial applications, refrigeration and air-conditioning control cubicles and PLC panels.
Additionally SJ Electric have a Sheetmetal manufacturing facility, Central Control Sheetmetal. Sheetmetal and switchboard manufacturing facilities are located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

SJ Electric's R&D and design team are continuously updating switchboard design and construction to meet the ever changing market. SJ Electric have a full range of type test switchboards rated up to 50kA RMS for 3 seconds, 80kA for 1 second and 176kA Peak. Switchboard designs include ventilation systems for extreme temperatures and conditions. Regardless of the site climate conditions, SJ Electric can provide switchboards of excellent standard for any situation to Australian Standards.
